I ran out of gas last week so I mixed one serving with 20 gallons of water and RUBBED IT ALL OVER MY BODY. I morphed into a ferrari and I get 5000 miles to the gallon!

Hornet juice allowed Chuck Norris to return unscathed from the Iraqi conflict - I mean the one in which he interviews a clearly hardened Iraqi rap artist from San Diego.

28 g slice of white meat turkey (louis rich) has 5 grams of amino acids, only 1 gram of carbs, no sugar, some iron to aid in transfer of oxygen through hemoglobin AND 270 mg sodium. Its not powdered and it doesnt have a cool name.

You make a sliced turkey milkshake. I'll stick with the powdered stuff.

If you drink your HJ before you hit the orb you stay lit for six days straight.

I haven't slept since last thursday.

Have any of you ever dug, I mean really DUG, the sunset?

While I am a little sceptical I am thinking what the heck and I am going to give HJ a try on my 90km long run this weekend. Surviving the run will be the experiment!

As I expect to be out on the trail for 11-13hrs any suggestions on how much HJ I should consume. I will having it along with my usual Coke/Gatorade/water mix.

just take 1 serving per hour on top of what you usually drink. I've found that a little more often than that works for me because I'm bigger. Report back what you think!

So does Hornet Juice also put you to sleep, or does this account for the ethereal buzz and hallucinations that are being mistaken for great performance?

I was trying to butt in on your call with prof Erich last night. you and I were like strangers passing in the night. so close, yet so far away.

or maybe it was a HJ induced dream?

I took HJ when I woke up yesterday morning before my run. I mixed it with 1/2 concentration of accelerade and went on a 4-1/2 mile run and then did a short swim. I didn't feel any different. But that evening I did a 2 mile open water swim and felt great.

THis weekend I have a three mile open water swim and I'm going to try this stuff.

Doesn't Accelerate have a protein mix in it? I think that's somewhat of a no-no with HJ.

I did a 5.5 mi run yesterday with a pre run HJ shooter. Didn't feel any different. Perhaps a bigger dose!

ok i am going to try this again. migth as well, i still have several packets of this %$@! remaining.

last weekend using it for my century ride was maybe not a good test. for long duration activities i liek to have a good protein/carb breakfast of oats, soy milk and fruit in thr morning. I also had some simple sugars, and a steady stream of protein and carbs all day, which i have been told is a nono.

tommorow i am doing a sprint triathlon, so i think i can forgo the breakfast, i have enough glycogen onboaird to get me through the swim and at leats part of the bike.

i will take one dose on an empty stomach with 8 oz gatorade about 30 minites before the 1/2 mile swim. i will swim that swim in about 15 to 10 minutes. I will have a second dose in 16 oz of gatorade in one of the water bottles on my bike, which i will take half way through the 13.5 mile ride, which should be about 1 hour after the orginal dose.

i will take in an additonal 16 ounces of gatorade and 16 oz of water during the ride. near the end of the bike i will take a power gel with 2X caffeine, so i will be shot out of a canon fr the 3.2 mile run.

how does that sound, mister pusher man?

OOps-I forgot not to do that. Why? I have no clue but that would explain the pink elephant that ran beside me.
